Hi, I’m Misha – Midlife Reset Coach.

I’m a certified Nutritional Coach and Identity Coach, specialising in sustainable weight loss and body image for midlife women.

I help high-functioning women in midlife transform their bodies, rebuild confidence, and reinvent who they are – inside and out. My method blends evidence-based nutrition, identity reprogramming, and mindset work so you can become the most energised, confident, and empowered version of yourself.

Outside of coaching, I’m a coffee lover, garden-obsessed, outdoor adventurer, healthy cook, and mum of two energetic boys. I get busy. I get midlife shifts. And I know that with the right support, this chapter can become your most powerful one yet.
