I help women in midlife not only eliminate weight gain, but reinvent their identities so they become the most confident version of themselves to date – the kind of women who refuse to settle for “this is just how midlife is.”
I’m Misha – a Midlife Reset Coach, coffee lover, gardening enthusiast, outdoor adventurer, healthy cook, and mum of two lively boys.
I’m certified in Nutritional Coaching and Identity Coaching, specialising in weight loss and body image for women in midlife. I also work as a Change Manager for a corporate company, helping teams adapt to new challenges.
I bring some of these skills into my coaching, helping women in midlife navigate powerful change and reinvention – transforming their nutrition, mindset, lifestyle, and sense of purpose so they can feel vibrant, confident, and fully aligned again.
Realising Things Were Changing
My journey into coaching began with my own struggle. When I entered my 30s and became a mum, everything shifted. The routines, the responsibilities, the mental load – it all hit me harder than I expected.
My body changed, my energy dipped, and the confidence I once had faded. Almost overnight, I no longer recognised myself. And the diets that worked effortlessly in my 20s? The quick fixes I could always rely on? Suddenly, none of it worked. I cut calories, pushed myself at the gym, restricted more and more… yet the weight stayed, the hunger stayed, and the frustration stayed. It felt like my body had changed the rules without telling me.
It Wasn’t Just About the Weight
But the real struggle wasn’t just physical. I began to feel flat, drained, and disconnected – like I was moving through life on autopilot. I was doing everything for everyone else but losing the parts of myself that once felt alive and inspired. The missing spark didn’t come from food or body image alone… it came from losing connection to who I was and who I wanted to become.
The Wake-Up Call
At some point, I realised I didn’t need another diet. I needed a new approach that actually worked for midlife. My hormones were changing, my metabolism was changing, and I was changing. So I stopped trying to force outdated methods and began asking the deeper questions:
Who am I now? What do I need? Who am I becoming? And who do I actually want to become?
And I refused to settle. I decided I wasn’t willing to accept that this was “just how it is.” I was determined to take back my energy, confidence, and joy.
The Power of Learning and Mindset Shift
This was the beginning of my reset. I immersed myself in understanding midlife – hormonally, emotionally, mentally, and physically. I studied nutrition for women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond. I explored identity, mindset, and habit change. I rebuilt my routines, my relationship with food, and my relationship with myself. And slowly, the spark returned. Not because I pushed harder, but because I aligned my behaviours with the woman I wanted to become.
As my identity shifted, everything else shifted. My habits felt easier. My body responded. The weight came off sustainably. My confidence grew. My energy came back, and I felt stronger than ever – even stronger than in my 20s. It wasn’t just a physical transformation – it was an identity transformation, and it changed everything.
Why I Do What I Do
And if you’re reading this, it’s because something in you knows you’re ready for transformation too – now, not someday. You’re done with feeling drained and disconnected from your body. You don’t want another copy-and-paste diet or a generic plan that ignores what’s really happening in midlife. You want your body back. Your spark back. You want a personalised approach from someone who truly understands – someone who’s been there, lived it, and knows what actually works at this stage of life.
This isn’t about going backwards or trying to be who you were in your 20s. It’s about becoming stronger, more confident, and more energised than ever before. It’s about looking in the mirror and loving what you see again. Dressing how you want. Moving through your day with ease, clarity, and confidence.
I became a coach because I understand how frustrating, confusing, and lonely this season can feel. I guide you through the same journey I walked – helping you understand what’s happening in your body, shift your identity, rebuild confidence, and create a lifestyle and mindset that works with your body, not against it.
This chapter gets to be the best, strongest one yet. You don’t have to wait. You don’t have to settle for “just how it is.” Midlife isn’t the beginning of decline – it’s the beginning of your strongest, most confident, most vibrant chapter yet.
My Coaching Philosophy:
I call it the Three Pillars of Lasting Health: mindset, nutrition, and lifestyle habits. Together, they create a roadmap to sustainable, empowered transformation – inside and out.
The Inner Compass: The Starting Point for Everything
Real transformation starts in the mind. This pillar focuses on rewiring old beliefs, upgrading your self-image, and shifting the subconscious patterns that quietly drive your habits. When your identity aligns with your goals, lasting change becomes natural.
This is why you can experience if you don’t get this right: Losing your energy spark, feeling stuck, or seeing little change despite trying diets and routines – all because your mind and habits aren’t fully aligned.
This is what you’ll experience instead: A clear, confident mindset that naturally supports lasting change, reigniting your energy and making healthy habits effortless.
Empowered Nutrition: Fuel Your Body, Love What You Eat
Gone are the days when “winging it” on toast and tea could work. My approach focuses on real, whole foods, plenty of protein, and practical strategies that boost energy and control cravings. It’s about finding balance and learning to nourish your body in a way that feels effortless and right for you.
This is why you can experience if you don’t get this right: Stubborn weight that won’t shift, constant cravings, and frustration with restrictive diets that never seem to stick.
This is what you’ll experience instead: Balanced energy, controlled cravings, and a practical, empowering relationship with food that works with your midlife body, not against it.
Aligned Lifestyle: Building Real Change That Lasts
This pillar is where change becomes a lived reality. Through strategic lifestyle design, simple routines, and habits that stick, you build energy, confidence, and long-term results naturally and sustainably. Every choice you make reinforces the woman you are becoming, fully aligned with your strongest, most confident, and most vibrant self.
This is why you can experience if you don’t get this right: Overwhelm, inconsistent routines, and the frustration of trying to “do it all” without seeing real results.
This is what you’ll experience instead: Smart strategies and simple habits that fit your life, boost your energy, and create consistent, lasting change that reinforces the vibrant, confident woman you’re becoming.
A Little More About Me
I live in beautiful Leamington Spa, Warwickshire – a lively, foodie town with plenty of cafes, great restaurants, and the charm of nearby Warwick Castle. Home life is busy but full with my husband and two football-mad boys, who keep me both grounded and on my toes!
Outside of work, I love to be outdoors, whether it’s gardening, foraging, or going for long walks. Cooking healthy meals is a passion, and I’m always experimenting with new recipes (often sneaking in veggies where the kids least expect it!). And I’m a lifelong learner, always keen to dive into topics like self-development, natural wellness, nutrition, and the mind-body connection.
For me, self-care is key – whether it’s yoga, reading a good book, or the occasional bit of spa time to unwind.
Thanks for taking the time to get to know me a little better. I’m thrilled you’re here, and I look forward to helping you live your best life.
