You can request a full refund within 7 days of signing up if coaching has not yet started or any personalized materials/resources have not been delivered. Once your plan is created or coaching sessions begin, refunds are no longer available.
How long does the coaching last and what’s the commitment?
The minimum commitment for Lean Midlifers coaching is 1 month. This allows enough time to get started, gain clarity, and make meaningful progress on smaller goals. However, for bigger or longer-term goals, I strongly recommend committing to at least 3 months.
