Hi, Misha here – Midlife Reset Coach 👋

I’m certified in Nutritional Coaching as well as Life Purpose & Design Coaching, and I help ambitious mums reset their midlife – so they can feel amazing in their bodies, confident in themselves, and full of energy to create and live the best chapter of their lives yet.

I’m also a coffee lover, gardening enthusiast, healthy cook, outdoor adventurer, and mum of two lively boys. I know how busy life can get, but I also believe that midlife can be an incredible new beginning. I’m here to help you make it one!

I created this guide because I know what it’s like to hit midlife and suddenly feel… off. Like you’ve been living on autopilot—grateful for your life, but also wondering, “Is this it?” I’d built a life I was proud of, but somewhere along the way, I lost touch with myself. I was tired, stuck in habits that didn’t serve me, and craving something more – more energy, more clarity, more me.
